The photos

Okay, so the blog has out smarted me!!!! I cannot figure out why my photos did not upload and when I tried to add them to the draft it did not work... let's try this again. I have tried several times to upload the max photos of 5 at a time and it will only let me do one at a time. Now I know why I was frustrated with blogging!!!!! For me it's not the whole story if I don't have a picture. So I am done for now and maybe when I try again sometime blogger will be fixed.
Sorry to sound so frustrated but I am!!!!
Okay I am off the soap box and feel better now,
Smiles Tracy

Hi to all in Blogland!!! Yes, I am still on the face of the earth....

Where have I been? Well, it started with football season, then went straight into basketball season, then my son't bithday party. OH yes, then a trip to KS for Thanksgiving and then before y ou know it Christmas!!!! So now that you are all caught up on my exciting blogless adventure we can move forward to a happy maybe more blogging New Year!!!

Our Christmas was wonderful, I love our time together with family and great food. The kids are all growing up on us and it's hard to know that soon they will have families of their own. But until then we will enjoy them!!!! My nephew is a senior starter this year for the Bergman Panthers and boy does he ever Rock the court!!! He is a 6ft 2 work horse and described by coach Lynch. Brian is another part of the reason I have not been blogging, I have been working on a Celebration Album for him, have to start his scrapbook from birth to present, I am making a movie slide show for his graduation party and also shooting and editing his senior portraits. It's so exciting!!! No, there will be not rest once Brian is graduated because then we have Brooklyn graduating next year, she is his little sister and also a cheerleader. So I will then start the whole process all over again.

So was santa good to everyone???? I must have been extra good this year......because my present tells me so. Santa blessed me with the new, hot off the market Canon 50D for Christmas. Yes, I was shaking when I opened it. I was not planning to receive this awesome gadget untio late fall of 09. What a great camera it is, don't get me wrong I love my little Rebel xt but the processor on the 50D blows the rebel away!!! I shot it at the basketball tournament last night and was amazed. Here are a few shots.

Happy New Year to every one, I will try to keep up my blog from now on.

Have a blessed day,

Tracy

Affro boy, and Erin's blog

So I have not posted any photos of my sweet little pumpkin from Halloween, what kind of mom blogger waits so long....hmmm, I guess that would be me. So here are some photos of Affro man (pick in hair included) lots of bling and loads of fun at the church festivals we visited. So much fun all in one night. We had a great time, we visited Uncle Adam and then headed to Deer Camp!
Yes, at 10:30 pm G and daddy went to the cabin to be up early am for youth hunt week end. They did not get anything but had a great time, brought home some pics and made a video. They tried to get me to go but I got our house back in order from the throwing and going of football season.
This is one of G's little friends from school, I think they are kind of sweet on each other.

Okay, so I don't know how I arrived on Erins blog ( I think it was from Ceals blog) but I am so glad I did. Please go check her out, there you will meet a man named Nick. Nick is amazing, find him here, http://inkysmiles.blogspot.com/2008/11/thoughts-for-thursday-power-of.html
I do not want to tell you to much about Nick so you will be as amazed, inspired and touch as I was!

My son

Hi to all in blog land, our lives are starting to resume normalcy since football has officially ended. I will post photos and stories of that journey soon. I have been shooting like crazy!!! Yes, I said shooting, photos that is. I have done family, senior, engagement sessions and a wedding. So my little pumpkin said to me mom, you have been taking pictures of all those people and none of me!!! Think he is feeling a little unloved which we all know that could NOT be possible!!!! So the Daddy was working overtime which meant free time for us and I did a shoot of my son. He is the cutest, most handsom, heartbreaker.....ummmm okay, he is my son. Here are a couple to share..

I will post more soon and get back on a schedule. Oh yes, we start basketball practice next week too!!! Phew, I was worried we would be normal and stay at home some......

Go Muddogs!!!!!

Well it's long time no blog for me. Where have I been you ask? Well since the beginning of September and it's pretty foggy it all started out with my nose surgery. I came through just fine and now can breath through my nose. That is praise since they cut out alot of cartlidge and I was very nervous. I am off the prescription decongestants and now just on good ol' antihistimines. That will save a chunk of change and be nice to my body, oh yes, my headaches are subsiding too.

So in the process of my surgery my son's first year of football started and he is now a running back for the 3rd and 4th grade Muddogs in Berryville. We drive 45 mins each way plus a 2 hour practice three times a week. That has kept us very, very, busy. I did not want him to play but now that he is and I watch him in action I am starting to like football. Carl and I even have matching shirts to match Garrett's jersy. We are so hooked. So how is the team doing you ask?

Garrett is the one wearing the red cleats and his number is 16, they all kind of look the same if you are looking at the helmet.

GREAT@!!!!!!!! We are undefeated 5-0 games!!! Woo-Hooo Muddogs. Daddy even made a banner for them to run through at one of their games.

Garrett's Ninth Bday!!!

Here are some of the pages of my Baseball loving son's big day...This is fast approaching "AGAIN". Garrett birthday is November 19th and I always feel the presure come on every
September about where we are going to have the party. Outside is usually out of the question.
Last year we did the bowling alley which was so fun, everyone had a great time. The cake was cupcakes made into the cadinals bird emblem, totally rocked!!!!! I want to go to the pumkin patch this year and do the corn make and hay ride. Garrett wants to go to laser tag in Branson!!!
What he does not understand is I cannot haul 20 plus kids to Branson in a Jeep....
I love his birthday and the celebration, I always say that is my favorite holiday of the year. So on that note I really want to take him to laser tag.....
You all have a great week, I will not be posting due to some out patient surgery I am undergoing tomorrow. Please pray for my Docter and my body to heal quickly!!!!!!
Have a blessed day,
Tracy

Have you ever seen a Cheeto eating bull???? Now you can say you have,

This little red bull, aka, "Chester the Cheeto eater" has been hand fed every since we got him. He was just a little bull calf when we started hand feeding him baby carrots!!! He is hilarious, we didn't have any carrots while out cruzing the fields checking the cows but we had cheetos. I told Carl, feed him some cheetos, oh my gosh!!! That little bull loved them, he had his whole head in the car trying to get more, couldn't feed him fast enough. We would try to get away from him and he would chase the car. Luckily we had been to the creek and I had my best friend the Canon Rebel with me to capture the moment. We laughed to tears!!! We had a great time, funny how such a small unplanned moment can give you a memory of a life time. That's what it's all about for me.
I thought the pictures were a hoot and sent the straight away to my DH's brother and sister in KS. Why keep the laughing to ourselves!!!! I am so blessed.
Have a great day,
Tracy

Mom's Birthday Card

Here is my mom's belated Birthday Card, because of the in-service and my lack of pre-planning she will be getting it late but at least she will still get it. I used the Silouhette papers, Storybook Cricut Cartridge, diamond glaze stickles and our awesome CTMH liquid glass.
Love you mom!!!!

Have a blessed day,
Tracy

What a week and glad it's done!!!!

If you are wonder what the pictures are of it's my paying job that helps feed the family and buy scrapbook supplies....yes it's my administrative position as Special Education Secretary for the Coop. We hosted a 500 teacher in service!!! Yes, we did!! It was a lot of work but it was the best most organized one so far. Way to go team, I have to say I have great Coordinators to work for, Carla is an great presenter and Lesa is a talented organizer with visions to work towards and me I am the compliment, hands and feet to both. I also have a 3rd Coordintor that I work for her name is Lesa also....yep can you believe I have two sups with the same name spelled the same way??? Anyway, she will help with the festivities and assist in ideas for the next in-service, being new she really was not sure of the duties. This is a big undertaking!!! It totally exhausted the team and we had to bring in other members of the Coop to make it a success but we did it and as a team.

A birthday Card

Hi to all in Blog Land!!! It's a beautifuld day here in the Ozarks, the sun is shining and there is a gentle breeze. We were going to swim but we just didn't think it was hot enough so the guys are creek fishing and I am home getting the house in order. They asked me to go but I like being able to do housework without them under foot. I need to get the house in order so my week will run smooth. Especially with school starting we will have to do things differntly, like go to bed before 10:30!!!! Yuck, I wish we had more summer vacation, I have no idea where it went but it's GONE!!!!!

So Carl asked me to make his mom and niece birthday cards, I was happy to and surprized he asked!!!! So here is what I came up with and I don't think he liked his mom's. I love it, but Carl is not an out of the box kind of guy. You would never catch him in bright colors or hear him in a crowd of people, he is just a reserved type of guy. So I will probably hive that one to my mom and make another, so tell me what you think.

Have a blessed day,

Tracy

HI, It's been a while.....Daddy page and a New Blog!!!!!

Hi, if anyone is out there. It's been very busy crazy time in our neck of the woods. It is sure to settle down with school starting next week. Most moms are generally happy for school to start again but it makes me sad to see the carefree days end and the warm summer nights of staying up late playing turn into a night return of early bedtime!!! I know, some are thinking has she lost her mind??? But I love the freedom of having more time with my family.

Okay, this just in.....check out our new group blog. I went to our Close to my heart group meeting today. It was so great to be together!!! That does not happen to often, we saw lots of great new product, shared pages and projects and had great fellowship and food. So in the process of all the fun we set up a sharing place blog!!! Yes, it is looking so great, please check it out
http://heartoftheozarks.blogspot.com/ I also met the newest sister to our team , Lisa Hodge, when you go to our team blog you will be able to see how creative she is!!! In fact she also helped set up our beautiful background on the blog.... She is also a sister in Christ and a blogger!!!
Please visit Lisa at http://happyscrapper72.blogspot.com/

I have been working on Garrett's school album, I hate to admit it but even with one child his album is not up to date. I am trying to get it up to day by monday, I have all of my supplies sorted by theme and the pictures with them so I am off to a good start.

Here is my favorite layout so far.....April 2005 Kindergarten Registration and check up. Carl my wonderful husband and world's greatest dad is there for everything and especially the mile stones. Here he is hand in hand leading Garrett to big school and answering all of his questions.

I am so blessed to have such a great husband, man, leader, Godly head of our home and #1 daddy. Just ask Garrett, our daddy can do anything!!!!!
Well, thats a glimps of whats been happening I will post more later. Also on a quick note, my other blog for a photo a day is way bad behind!!!!!! http://amomentintimewithtracy.blogspot.com/
I loaded a new photo program on the PC and am not to savvy on it yet so if you check that blog out it's behind and I will get it caught up soon.
