Happy Wednesday, it is going to be a scorcher..

Future project: The seasoning rack is now transformed into my embellishment turn about. I am going to paint it black, and use the Cricut to cut circles of background and texture paper to cover the tops. ( Someday soon I will have new floors down, but for now I can live with it to meet a higher goal :0) )

What are your projects, please share, I would love to see them and spotlight you on my blog,
Have a blessed day,
Tracy

Here is my clean desk.

Today is suppose to be really crazzy hot, but keep in mind it is suppose to be in mid-June. That's when I go to the lake and hang out on the Pontoon all day. That I love. Anyway, we will be in the upper 90's today and I have to pre-pay for my propane today....lol...I am truly not thinking of how to keep warm this winter on a day like today. But if I don't think/pay ahead it will cost me a small fortune later.

So, I completed a couple of task, like taking my winter clothes out of the closet so I can find my summer clothes.

I cleaned off the scrap desk and finished cleaning out the hallway. I did more but it was just all of the general stuff. I have been on a great roll catching up the house but it is fixing to end...we have ball games the rest of the week, I have to shoot the team tomorrow and a tourney in Mt. Home this weekend. Sigh... I will miss my projects but I love my son playing ball more...(uh, remind me I said that when I am sitting in the hot sun at noon)

So, here are a few pics of my labor...

New Inspiration?????!!!!!

The Inspire page is not completed, I still need to add the stickles, and ink the edges of the main page.

Well you will have to take a peek for yourself, Yes!! after 18 plus years and umpteen uses we have added a new addition to our home......(drum roll please.....) Introducing our new Washer and Dryer. It's the new front load type with wistles and bells and chimes to go with it. Really it does have cute little chimes when you turn it on and chage the settings. Since last week before the 4th I have toiled with the idea of investing in a new set. This was not my idea but my sweet husbands. His last words were.....well don't get all upset when your old set dies and you can't get the sale and the (READY....INTEREST FREE TOO!!!!) That still did not make my decision but I knew he would be very irritated if the old set died and I whined!!!! I dislike the thought of interest or payments and wanted to save for it. After speaking to Brenda, our family friend we bought our other set from and I saw all of the benefits I went ahead and did it. But it is much larger than my other set which is forceing me to have to alter my scrap studio space. But I am always up for a challenge and love re-organizing....Last night I had 5-6 loads of laundry to do and this moring I have ZERO!!!! My favorite setting so far is the Whitest whites setting, WOW, now I know what I have been missing, this maching is has amazing features to get clothes whiter and even removed dried pen marks!!! I still am missing my old set...I know that sounds crazy but it was the first set we bought as a married couple and it was the beginning. It washed many of loads of loving dirt and my sweet baby boys first blanket I brought him home in. I found the set a good home for as long as it will last....I gave it to my baby sister. Hope it loves you back Sis!!!

New addition!!!! I love the steam setting, yes I paid extra for steam so now I don't have to pull out the ironing board as much, ya hooooooo!!!! More time to create pages.....

While in the laundry room I made a page to go with a page I had made last week....Since my new set is quieter and doesn't make the room so hot I will be in creating much more.... I can't wait.

Good Moring, It's not daylight yet....

Goodmoring, it's not daylight yet but I know it's going to be beutiful today,I was just cruzin "Simply Beautiful Blog and she posted a Card Sketcher's blog to check out and what talent. Here is the link http://www.crejakaarten.blogspot.com. These group of ladies have such talent....I really do want to make some cards but I can't keep from scrappin if I am going to be in my studio, aka the washroom. lol.....Love it though, my little corner set aside to create. I have some photos to share.... So as you can see it's not breath taking by any means...smiles....but it is a space that is set aside just for me and my stuff!!!

Below you can see a tin basket, well it is full of my projects to do, I grab them and do them at lunch time (or that is the plan) summer has really messed up my normal routine...we are busy as beavers at work but should resume normal after August when school starts again!!!

Here is a picture I just love...it's me and my sisters....I am sure you can tell which one I am(hint) I am the oldest of three girls.

Do you recognize the bottles??? They are Frappachino bottles, yep, I cleaned them peeled off the stickers and put them to good use! No, I do not drink them, they were all given to me by my sister in law.... I love it when she hits the bottle, lol... I am going to punch out paper circles to match my scrap room when I figure out what color to paint it. I love them!!!! I like the shape and perfect size. I found the wire holders for the jars and a yard sale for 50 cents!!!! My large wire rack came from share and care for a 1.50. It is really made to hang on the back of a door but my talented husband altered it. The desk below was a freebie that DH work was disposing of. My large work table (last photo) came from a Millbrook sale and I bid 3.00 for it and got it. My shelf that holds my CTMH stacks of inks was from the flea market, I spent 8.00 for it!!! I hated to give that much but it was exactly what I had been looking for.
The rubbermaid stand that holds my die cuts and stamps came from a salvage store, bought it for 8.00. Did I mention I love bargains!!! I always have, I love looking for them and seeing what I can do with them.
We did buy the wire shelving unit below at full price at Walmart!!! uggg...sometimes you just have to.

If you have any comments, questions or ideas I would love to hear them!!! Please email me at tracerdacer@yahoo.com
